SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders take 5-7 business days to be processed. Shipping will commence afterwards using the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States can takes 7-10 business days.  

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

Pre-order items follow the shipping policy listed in the product description, so please make note of it when purchasing.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

What is your return policy?
For your safety, and that of other customers, we do not accept returns on Beauty products (lipstick, lipgloss, brow pencil, etc.) 
However, any merchandise that arrives damaged or is incorrectly delivered to a customer will be immediately replaced at no additional cost. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return/exchange of your merchandise within 3 days  of the delivery of your product. 

After 3 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@shamereyoung.com to initiate the return process.

For RETURNS, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied and the difference will be provided in the following way:

Payments received via AfterPay/Klarna/Sezzle/Shop Pay - on a store credit ONLY

All other payments will be refunded to the card on file. 

In order to correctly process your return/exchange the products must be returned as follows:

  •  in perfect condition
  • original packaging  
  • no perfume/deodorant scents
  • no stains or markings
  •  all boxes or bags and all tags

If the requested return/exchange items do not meet the above, your return will be denied and returned back to you. 

Non-Returnable Items: Beauty Products/Tees that are cut/ Clearance/ Gift Card Purchases

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return(s).

Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@shamereyoung.com  to initiate the return process. Please do not return an item without getting confirmation first. 

Virtual Products/Services

Returns cannot be made on virtual services once the service has started or is completed. Refunds for virtual services can be honored as long as a refund request has been made 24-48 business hours after purchase. 

What if my item is damaged/incorrect?

If we messed up, our goal is to correct it to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at hello@shamereyoung.com  for further information.

What if I need to change my order?

You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at hello@shamereyoung.com for any questions regarding your order.

 

Any cancellation request after 24hours will be processed as a store credit only.

Virtual Classes/Webinars

Virtual classes are held on the dates listed in the class description. Please make sure you check your email for class information prior to the start of class.

Virtual classes are recorded ONLY for those who secure a space in class and is listed that recording is available.

Recordings are sent via email within 72 hrs after the class.

Virtual classes are able to be refunded the request to cancel attendance is received 24 hours after the order is place.

After 24 hours the request will be process as a store credit only.

IF refund/cancellation is requested less 72 hours prior to the start of class or after class is over, it will not be honored.
