Hey there, I’m Shamere. 💜

Wellness Coach. Makeup Artist. Veteran. Wife. Mama.
A woman who’s learned that strength doesn’t mean self-neglect — and beauty doesn’t mean burnout.

Born and raised in Beaufort, South Carolina, I’m deeply rooted in sunshine, music, and movement.
After years of serving others — from the military to motherhood to business — I realized women like me needed more than motivation. We needed restoration.

That’s why I created this space — to teach women how to care for themselves the way they’ve cared for everyone else.

I’m certified in Nutrition, Reiki, and Weight Management, but more than that — I’m committed to helping women rebuild their rhythm with grace.

Whether I’m guiding you through a class, a conversation, or a beauty ritual, my mission is the same:

To remind you that wholeness is your birthright — and it starts with coming home to you.
