Ingredients Used:
- Wild caught salmon
- Fresh shrimp; peeled and deveined
- Large container baby spinach, washed and drained
- 4 cloves of garlic; peeled and minced
- 1 container grape tomatoes; washed
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream; I used 3/4
- Parmesan cheese of choice
Seasonings:
- Grill Mates Sweet & Smokey Rub
- Badia Complete Seasoning
- Smoked Paprika
- Sea Salt - just a tench after the sauce is finished (you may not need any)
