Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us focus on what matters most to you before our virtual session. From there, we’ll work together to map out a plan you can easily implement into your daily life.

What’s Included:

• A 45-minute virtual consultation to discuss your wellness goals and create a plan tailored to your needs.
• A personalized wellness plan, delivered within 2-3 business days after our meeting.

Virtual sessions on Zoom (Wednesday afternoons/evenings, Friday days, Saturday mornings).
